Our Caritas Team
These are the charities we are supporting this year, please click on the picture to find out more about them.
Come and join us for a coffee morning on the 27th September 2024 at 9:30am
On Friday 11th October we are collecting for our Local Bank
Throughout October we are going to walk 100 miles for the National Autistic Society
During advent we are hosting a soup kitchen to raise money for CAFOD
During Lent we will be raising money for our local charity Pendleside Hospice by having a Bunny Hop!
Later on in the year we will be supporting Motor Neurone Disease - Keep posted for more information
Keep an eye on our website for the ways in which our new ambassadors are going to deliver their mission to live the love of God in action.
What is the role of a Caritas Ambassador?
- To promote and develop social action projects within the school, parish and local community
- By demonstrating “faith in action” they can raise aware of Caritas within the Salford Diocese
