Ebooks - Register for a free Oxford Owl account and access a variety of online texts which your child can read to you at home.  Ask a member of staff if you are unsure which books your child should be reading.

WRITING

Mastering the correct pencil grip is very important in order for your child to develop a comfortable position to allow writing to flow freely.  It is important to take time to show your child how to hold their pencil correctly each time they begin to write at home.  See the link below.

Please ensure all items of clothing are clearly labelled with your child's name.  Lost items without names on are unlikely to be found.

MICROSOFT TEAMS can be used to communicate directly with Mrs Whittaker.  Please check with the school office if you are unsure how to access this.  

All notifications will be sent out via PARENT APP & TEAMS.

Library Books & Phonic Readers are collected on Monday and sent back out on Wednesday.  

Please use your child's Reading Record to let us know about their reading experiences at home including Phonics.
